District 2 Special Game(s) Participation Request

Teams are required to notify their League President and D.A. whenever they play a “Special Game”, outside of regular season and playoffs, as defined in section IX of the Little League rule book. This helps ensure that you and your team are insured. Use of this form will generate an e-mail for you to send to the DA and your League President.
