COMMON LITTLE LEAGUE FORMS

Please report any incorrect, new or updated information.

This page contains links to, and other information about, forms
that are needed in Spring, Summer, and Tournament seasons. Many if
not all of these forms are PDF files that can be filled out on-line. For
that reason some links to PDF reading/filling software are included at
the top. We really recommend using FoxIt Reader 3.1 as it will let you
save a filled-in PDF form file, even if the more popular Adobe Acrobat
Reader will not.

Fox-It PDF Reader 3.1	It's free, it's lightweight, and it lets you save forms that have been filled out.
Adobe Acrobat 9.3 PDF Reader	It's free, it's the "grand-daddy" of PDF apps. But it doesn't let you save all filled out forms.

Please note that in both cases there are non-free versions with more
features, and there are programs to let you change files too, but we
don't really have any need for those kinds of things.

For the FoxIt Reader, the link will download an exe file you can run to
do the start-up. Personally, I would recommend doing a Custom install,
and UN-check, or NOT check, the boxes for the FoxIt Toolbar and anything
else you don't want, such as changing your default search engine to
ask.com, or your default homepage to FoxIt.
